3. Chia sẻ thông tin

This policy explains how E-label studio collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit e-labelstudio.com and submit the app download sign-up form.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide through the sign-up form: your name or company name, email address and phone number.
Information recorded automatically when you submit the form: IP address, browser information (user agent), the page you submitted from, and the date and time.
2. How we use it
To give you the app download link, to contact you for support and answer your requests, and to track sign-ups, prevent abuse and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
We share information only with providers needed to run the website, or when required by law: our hosting provider (stores the website and sign-up data); Google (Gmail) (delivers sign-up notification emails to our manager, see the Google Privacy Policy); and Google Fonts (fonts load from Google servers, so Google receives your IP address when you open a page).
4. Cookies and browser storage
We do not set cookies for ordinary visitors. Your browser stores some technical data (local storage and session storage), such as page view and popup display counts, so the website works properly. You can clear it in your browser settings. Administrators who log in use WordPress login cookies.
5. Google API data
The website uses the Gmail API with our own Google account, only to send notification emails. We do not request access to, or read, visitors’ Google account data.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention
We keep sign-up information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. Your rights
Under applicable personal data protection law, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to info@e-labelstudio.com.
8. Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is completely secure.
